Instructions for use:

-Insert the rechargeable Li-ion battery into the battery compartment
-Make correct contact for polarity (+ and -) according to the sign in the battery compartment

When using AC adaptor:
Connect the supplied AC adaptors barrel plug into jack on the back of the charger. Plug the AC adaptor into any available 100-240VAC outlet.
When using in a vehicle-DC car adaptor:
Connect the supplied DC car adaptors barrel plug into the charges DC input jack. Plug the large end of the cord into the 12V car lighter power port
-The Red LED will glow to indicate the proper charging. After the battery is fully charged, the red LED will turn off and green LED will light on indicating the charged battery is ready for use.

It is normal for batteries to warm up while charging. They will cool down after they are charged.
Store batteries in a cool dry place at room temperature.
Rechargeable batteries gradually lose power when store. If they are not used for more than one year, charge the battery complete. but cannot use ,the battery may damaged. Replace a new battery.
Not charging all the way?
1. Gently rub battery ends with a clean pencil eraser or cloth to remove any residue
2.Loose connections between battery and charger, replace battery into the battery compartment, turn the battery until LED turn red.
3.Polarity reversed, load the battery into charger in right side until LED turn red.

1 Polarity reversed; Make correct contact for polarity (+ and -) according to the sign in the battery compartment until LED from blue turn red. This charger cannot Polarity Auto Detection

2 Loose connections between battery and charger replace battery into the battery compartment, turn the battery until LED from blue turn red.
3 Use did not rechargeable battery, like Lithium batteries or Ni-MH Ni-Cd battery, this charger only for Lithium Ion batteries, you should change battery.

4 Gently rub battery ends with a clean pencil eraser or cloth to remove any residue, load the battery into charger in right side until LED from blue turn red.

Tips:
It is normal for batteries to warm up while charging. They will cool down after they are charged.
If they are not used for more than one year, charge the battery complete.
